(Gatineau, Canada) • A restaurant where you can bring your own wine and conveniently there is a liquor store just next to it. I was here before and I know I will be back!
Ambiance: It’s a huge restaurant, many booths and tables, reservation is recommended but it was never a problem for us. Modern and elegant decor, high ceilings, open concept, large booths and a fancy feel to it.
Service: Bilingual, friendly and efficient. We got seated right away even though we had no reservation. The waiter was fast bringing the menu, drinks, taking our orders and telling us the specials. They bring us a basket of bread and butter to start . He came to check in on us, refilled out glasses without us asking and cleared up the plates as soon as we were done; he was also fast bringing our bill after.
Cleanliness: Table, utensils, plates and glasses were clean.
Food wait time: Pretty fast even though the restaurant was full.
Food presentation: The Tzatziki and Caramel Creme were very well displayed. I found that the Ice Cream Sunday and the Brownie looked a bit messy.
Portion: The desserts were huge and as I knew this before, this time I was more prepared.
Taste: I ordered the Tzatziki appetizer again because I really like how creamy and tasty it is and it was again! I tried the desserts my friend had and they are nice, but to me they were a bit too sweet. I liked the Caramel Creme though, creamy, firm, and not sickening.
Price: On the high side.
