(Ottawa, Canada) • A fairly big pub in the heart of the Glebe with a nice patio!
Ambiance: A nice and relaxed vibe. TV and music were on, music not too loud. Inside I found to be a bit dark but they have a nice patio and that’s where we stayed as it was so beautiful out.
Service: We were there early afternoon and we didn’t need to wait long as there were hardly anybody there. The waiter was fast bringing the menu and the water. He was friendly and attentive checking in on us when we had our food. We had to ask for our glasses of water to be refilled. He took forever though to bring our bill after.
Cleanliness: Our table, utensils, glasses and chairs were clean.
Food wait time: It took forever for us to get our food, and when it did, my friend’s order came all wrong. She wanted to change it but we figured that it had already taken so long that we didn’t want to wait anymore.
Food presentation: Nothing fancy or elaborate but appetizing.
Portion: The plates are a fair size.
Taste: My fish and chips were a bit too greasy so I don’t think I’d order again, my friend initially had ordered Wellness Bowl but she got something else (Peanut Chicken Bowl) and she liked it also.
