(Toronto, Canada) • A great place for a late night snack in downtown Toronto at affordable prices.
Ambiance: This restaurant is deceiving from the outside, I had no idea it was this big inside. It has a nice decor and several booths. The decor is a bit dated but still nice and it has a nice terrace for the nice days we are having now!
Service: We didn’t have reservation but we got a table no problem. The service was very fast and courteous. Our waiter was friendly and helpful answering our questions. He didn’t take long to bring the menus or take our orders when we were ready. He checked in on us and asked if we needed more drinks. He was also fast bring our bill after.
Cleanliness: The table, utensils and chairs were clean, the glasses have seen better days.
Food wait time: It took a reasonable amount of time.
Food presentation: I had a meat lasagna and it was well displayed and it came with a piece of bread.
Portion: It was of a decent size.
Taste: I must say that I was disappointed that I asked the waiter if there was onions in it and he said no but the sauce was full of onions. As we didn’t have a lot of time to spend there, I picked out the onions and ate what I could. The parts of the lasagna I was able to eat were pretty good.
