(Toronto, Canada) • The super famous blueberry buttermilk pancakes that you must try! I had read and heard so much about them that my first morning in Toronto I had to get one and yes, the infamous pancakes are an absolute must-have and completely worth the hype.
Ambiance: The restaurant is impressively huge! Nice high ceilings and modern and elegant decor with a relaxed atmosphere. The lineup was long but it moved very fast. We were there right before noon and had to wait only 15 minutes which is not bad at all.
Service: Executive service! Our waiter was super friendly, helpful making recommendations and very fast giving us the menu, bringing the waters, taking the orders and bringing the bill after. He also came to check in on us and refilled our glasses with water without us asking.
Cleanliness: Our table, utensils, glasses and chairs were spotless.
Food wait time: Considering the place being packed, it did not take long at all.
Food presentation: Very well displayed and they look delicious, especially my pancakes.
Portion: The pancakes were bigger than I expected. The skillet my husband ordered was not huge but it was just enough, he was satisfied after.
Taste: I loved my pancakes! They were crispy and yet fluffy and light, not too sweet and the blueberries were perfect! The skillet was good, borderline salty but delicious.
Price: On the high side.
