(Montreal, Canada) • Authentic Italian bakery in Montreal located within walking distance of Jean Talon Market so it is very easy to get there. They have such a variety of sweets and it is known to have the best cannoli in town. It’s a very charming little place and definitely worth a visit.
Ambiance: The place is fairly small but it has a few tables outside. It has though a huge display of pastries and cakes. You order at the counter.
Service: Fast and efficient. The lady at the counter was very friendly and patient serving us.She also made suggestions according to our questions, which it was really kind of her.
Cleanliness: The place seems to be kept clean, the display didn’t have fingerprints marks and the counter seemed tidy.
Food wait time: We didn’t wait anything at all. The lady was very fast getting our order and packing our sweets. Maybe because we were there in the morning there were not many customers.
Food presentation: The pastries look amazing! One more delicious than the other for sure. I didn’t know which one to try first.
Portion: Typical size.
Taste: The cannoli was good with a crispy shell and inside fully filled. Also, the cream inside was not too sweet and it was pretty light. The other ones I got were very tasty and my favorite sweet was zeppole, these amazing cream filled doughnuts.
Price: On the high side. They accept cash only though.
